Taxus Street is a small batch, locally-owned coffee roaster working out of the Big Ugly Brewing Co. They value bold flavors and drinkability, so they source and roast their coffee for those qualities.
Peninsula & Williamsburg
This coffee shop and cafe is located in the historic 1881 Fire Station at Fort Monroe in Hampton. Their coffee and baked goods are locally sourced, and they make their sandwiches and salads on premises.
The goal at Williamsburg’s Column 15 is to turn the Peninsula into a source of quality coffee, with nitro cold brew as their flagship product. Their beans are locally roasted and specially crafted to reduce bitterness.
